Potty Train

One of the question that parent will ask along the journey of baby growth is when the baby are ready for potty training? There is no magic age on when they shall start to use potty but we can see the signs that they are ready between the age of 18 to 24 months.

There are some signs that we can observed, eg:

1. They dislike the feeling of wearing a wet or dirty diaper.

2. They show interest in others bathroom habit.

3. They give physical/ verbal sign when they having bowel movement.

4. They can pull their pant up and down.

If the toddler can understand simple instruction and they can hold it until they get to the potty, means they are ready for potty train, and parent can start the training.

Potty train is not just between parent and toddler, a good tool can help the training session go smooth as well. An “interesting” tool allow toddler to sit down quietly for 5 minutes and more, this definitely a plus point to kick-start the potty train.
